terms and conditions

(1)    Operator of the anamon online shop and the Validity of these General Terms and Conditions

The anamon online shop is operated by anamon (Offerstr. 20, 4251 Velbert, Germany). The proprietor is Mr. Alexander Stang.

Only these terms and conditions apply to the sale of merchandise by us. Any other terms and conditions will only apply if they have been accepted by us.

We sell merchandise solely to end users and only in normal household volumes.

(2)    Contract Closure

This website offers our products and gives opportunities to purchase these products in the form of an order. Clicking the "Order" button in the last stage of the ordering process issues a binding order for the products you have placed in the shopping cart. As soon as your order has been received by us, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not yet represent a binding purchase contract. The purchase contact only comes into effect with the delivery of the merchandise.

(3)    Accepting The Order

An order that is binding for you comes into effect when all of the data necessary to complete the contract has been entered, you have confirmed acceptance of the terms and conditions and rights for revocation and you have clicked the "Order" button. Up until the moment you click this button, you can change your order and the data associated with your order at any time.

We reserve the right to accept an order. If an order is not executed, we will inform you immediately by email.
The confirmation of receipt does not constitute a purchase contract; the confirmation of receipt only documents that your order has been received by us.

(4)    Order Volume

Orders may only be placed for normal household volumes.

(7)    Right of return (revocation)

You may cancel the contract without specification of reasons within 14 days by a written note (email, fax, letter) or - if you received the merchandise before this deadline - by returning the merchandise. The respite begins with the receipt of this revocation information in text form, but not before the customer has received the merchandise and not before we carried out our duty of information in accordance with section 246 § 2 together with § 1 par. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties according to § 312e par. 1 in BGB together with section 246 § 3 EGBGB.

To comply with this term it is sufficient to either send a written revocation or return the merchandise within the deadline to:

anamon
Offerstr. 20
42551 Velbert
Germany

or by email: sales@anamon.eu

Consequences of returning goods

In case of an effective return (revocation), it must be ensured that the services received by both parties are returned along with any benefits gained as a result (e.g. advantages of use). If you can only return the merchandise partially or only in a declined condition, you have to pay the damages for that. This is not the case, if the decline of condition is comparable to that of only testing the goods like it is possible in a store. You can avoid any decline of state by treating the merchandise as you would usually treat something, that is not yours and by avoiding anything, that could possibly decrease the value of the merchandise. You have to bear the costs of returning, if the received merchandise is the one you have ordered and if the price for the goods to return is not higher than 40 EURO. In all other cases returning is free for you and will be payed by us. Duties for pyments must be done within 30 days. The deadline begins with your sending of a revocation or returning the merchandise and for us with the receipt of the same.

Excluded from this right of return are products that are offered in a digital form (e.g. software) AFTER they have been downloaded. The revocation right for digital products BEFORE download is according to the general revocation policy described above.

End of the returns policy

(8)    Guarantee

Your legal guarantee claim period is 2 years and starts with receipt of the merchandise. During this time, we will eliminate all faults that fall under the legal guarantee obligation. You can demand either the elimination of the fault, or the delivery of a fault-free item, although the right to choose may be limited by the existence of legal prerequisites. If it is not possible to provide a replacement, you may choose to withdraw from the sales contract or to accept a discount. By the way, the legal claim for damages only applies to the replacement of damages not compensation/replacement for any failed attempts on your part to repair item. In the event of a fault occurring within 6 months of delivery, it is probable that the goods were already faulty when purchased. If the fault shows more than 6 months after delivery, the purchaser is responsible for proving that the fault was already inherent when the purchased object was delivered.
